About Life Coaching

Life is for living to the full. Unfortunately, it is often the case that our lives are so busy and full of ‘stuff’ that we forget what really matters. Sometimes we need someone who can provide pointers from an objective and non-judgemental standpoint to help us find the way. 

This is where a Life Coach comes in. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure or unfulfilled.

I’ve helped my clients overcome the barriers that seem to be holding them back in life.

I have a number of clients from a variety of backgrounds with diverse Life Coaching needs. 

Whether you feel ‘stuck’ and frustrated with life; fed up and not sure why; think you know what you want out of life but don’t know what to do to make it happen; need a change but not sure what you really want or need to move forward in life but need someone to hold your hand through the process….I can help.

Embrace life’s challenges

My role is to help you move forward from this point to achieve positive outcomes for your life. I will work with you to identify what areas of your life you would like to improve and enhance, and together, we will determine your goals and then devise an action plan to help you achieve them

Life Coaching is NOT counselling. If you have any unresolved issues or concerns in your life from past events, traumas and experiences etc. that you cannot contain, you are not ready for Life Coaching. 

If, during our time together, I am concerned that you are perhaps too fragile to continue or too distracted by such things, I may refer you suggest we use Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy or refer you for Counselling to help you resolve these issues before returning to Life Coaching.

Invariably my client relationships begin with face to face sessional work, morphing later into a combination of telephone calls, video calls, emails and face to face meetings, all bespoke to client needs and my availability. Contact can be daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Whatever is deemed appropriate and necessary.
